Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting The Fright! As we are a small team and not a massive corporation, we handle all orders with care. Here is what you need to know about our shipping process.

 

Order Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For pre-order items (like Vinyl or specific merch drops [aus der Konversation]), please see the estimated shipping date on the product page. Your entire order will ship once the pre-order item is available.

 

Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery

 

We ship from Germany using reliable carriers (like DHL or Deutsche Post). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Here are the estimated delivery times after your order has been processed and shipped:

  • Germany: 2-4 business days

  • European Union (EU): 5-10 business days

  • Rest of the World (incl. USA, UK, Mexico): 10-20 business days

Please note that these are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs services.

 

International Shipping & Customs

 

We ship worldwide to bring our music and merch to all of our "Originals".

However, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

[Pscheidt & Riede Distribution GbR is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We cannot predict or control these fees.

 

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number if your chosen shipping method provides one. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 25 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@the-fright.de  with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We do our best to pack everything securely. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@the-fright.de with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.
